ORTA Collective is an artistic group founded in 2015 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, by actress and performer Alexandra Morozova and director Rustem Begenov. Later, the collective was joined by contemporary artist Sabina Kuangaliyeva, artist Alexandr Bakanov, and photo and video designer Darya Jumelya. ORTA explores the possibilities of human creativity through the creation of universal projects that span theater, visual arts and new media art, video and film, technology, social research and philosophy, as well as robotics, computer, electronic engineering and crafts. Since 2016, ORTA Collective's primary focus has been on the figure of Kazakhstani artist, writer, and inventor Sergey Kalmykov (1891-1967), from whose life and texts the collective has been extracting and developing the Theory of the New Genius. This approach to life and creativity views genius as a practice that anyone can learn, rather than a natural gift bestowed upon exceptional people.

With CultureHub we are working on THE GREAT ATOMIC BOMBREFLECTOR–a multidisciplinary and international project to create a science fiction device of unprecedented scale called the Great Atomic Bombreflector (GABR). It will transform the destructive energy from inhumane nuclear tests during which over 630 atomic bombs were exploded on the land of Kazakhstan into the creative energy of invention, a new view of the world, faith in man as a creator capable of elevating reality and make it better.
