Tune into monthly livestreams by CultureHub of La MaMa productions using our new broadcasting tool, the CultureHub Broadcaster. Developed over the past five years by CultureHub in association with creative coders at NYU ITP, our open-source platform is designed to explore hybrid performance as its own medium. The software does not try to mimic what works in a live theater, but instead creatively translates the joy and energy of live performance into an online space.

About: Each night, an interdisciplinary musician and movement artist come together to create a one-of-a-kind performance, improvised live in the moment. Gathered intimately on the floor among blankets, pillows, and chairs, the audience becomes part of a space designed for play, spontaneity, and reconnecting with the artist within.
