What happens when vocalist Candice Hoyes, percussionist and SoundChemist Val Jeanty, and bassist Mimi Jones combine their harmonious sounds and eclectic musical styles? You get Nite Bjuti, an evocative improvised trio of Afro Caribbean artists using electronics, vocalism, and bass.
Join us for a live performance by Nite Bjuti at CultureHub NYC, which will conclude their residency led by Candice Hoyes focused on cultivating the band’s mixed media practice.
In-person tickets are available for $15. Nite Bjuti’s performance will also serve as a kick-off to our 2022-2023 season and will include drinks available by suggested donation. If you are experiencing financial hardship and need a free ticket, please email info@culturehub.org.
