We're really excited to announce these opportunities for artists to travel to SeoulArts and participate in a CultureHub residency there. The CultureHub Korea Residency invites artists from around the world to facilitate regular workshop sessions integrated into a semester long SeoulArts course. Artists will receive curatorial and technical support, as well as an artist fee, airfare and accommodation.

CultureHub Global Residency Workshop (3 Weeks)

  • You will be embedded in a course and regularly work with students and have opportunities to engage with other faculty and the facilities through your proposed activities. 

  • This includes airfare, per diem, artist fee, accommodation.

Short-Term Workshop Residency (1 Week)

  • This residency is ideal for short residencies/workshops/masterclasses with students, or a performance that can travel easily. 

  • SeoulArts will provide an artist fee and deal with offering airfare on a case by case basis since it's international. If you'd need to travel from the US to Korea for this, it might be less competitive, but if you will already be in Asia, this is a good opportunity.
