An interactive installation which took place on the Hudson River in June 2015 that created a visual dialogue between the natural riverscape and its urban surroundings. 48 bands of light broke apart on the surface of a 104 foot wall. The traffic noise overhead disrupted the dynamic pattern of light as audience members passed through, clearing visual data to reveal a hidden poem by US Poet Laureate Rita Dove. Created by CultureHub and supported by the Society of Photonic Engineers (SPIE), CUNY Chapter as part of the UN International Year of Light.
